Back in 2013, Mr. Jo, who owns the Korean company, was having difficulty in finding the reliable supplier of air cooled industrial water chiller for cooling his company's UV lasers, for the previous suppliers didn't provide good after-sales service. With recommendation from his friends, he purchased one unit of S&A Teyu chiller CW-5000 for trial and thought it was pretty stable.
