When something goes wrong, the process chiller would send the alarm signal to the CNC bending machine and there would be alarm codes indicated on the control panel of process chiller. If E2 is indicated, that means there is ultrahigh water temperature alarm. That could result from:
1.The heat exchanger of process chiller is so dusty that it can not dissipate its own heat properly;
2.The cooling capacity of process chiller is not enough;
3.The temperature controller is broken;
4.There is refrigerant leakage.
After locating the actual reason, users can remove the alarm by solving the related problem.
