It happens sometimes that the new laser format laser cutting machine fiber laser chiller triggers the alarm once it is turned on and it is normal. In this case, users can notice the red light is ON in the temperature controller and there is no or very slow water flow in the water outlet. This is identified as water flow alarm.
To remove this alarm, users can follow the below steps.
Turn off the fiber laser chiller. Short connect the water outlet and inlet with a pipe. Then turn on the fiber laser chiller again to see if the alarm continues;
If no, then it could be the external water channel problem, for example, clogging or the external pipe is being bent;
If yes, then it could be the internal water channel problem, for example, clogging inside the water pump and the internal water pipe because of low quality water;
