A user recently left a message in the Laser Forum, saying that the water chiller of his laser cutting machine had the flashing display and the non-smooth water flow problem and asking for help.
As we all know, solutions can vary because of different manufacturers and different chiller models when these kinds of problems occur. Now we take S&A Teyu CW-5000 chiller as an example and analyze the possible causes and solutions:
1. The voltage is unstable. Solution: Check if the voltage is normal by using a multi-meter.
2. The water pump impellers may wear out. Solution: Disconnect the wire of the water pump and check if the temperature controller can display temperature normally.
3. The power supply output is not stable. Solution: Check if the power supply output of 24V is stable.
