Insufficient water flow that occurs in CNC laser cutter closed loop laser chiller mainly due to:
1.There is clogging in the external water circulation. In this case, remove the clogging in time;
2.There is water blockage in the internal water circulation. In this case, use clean water to flush the water pipe and then use air gun to blow it;
3.There are impurities inside the water pump of the CNC water chiller. Take out the water pump and clean it;
4.The pump rotor wears down, leading to the aging problem of water pump. In this case, replace the water pump accordingly.
