Recirculating water needs to be changed periodically to ensure the smooth waterway of the water chiller. So here is the question: how to drain out the recirculating water of the water chiller?
Below are the step-by-step instructions:
1. Stop running the equipment and the water chiller;
2. Drain out all the water from the water chiller by unscrewing the drain cap of the chiller.
(Note: CW-3000 and CW-5000 series water chillers need to be tilted by 45︒for water draining, since the drain outlet is located at the bottom left side of the water chillers. For other models, just unscrew the drain cap and the water will drain out automatically.
3. Screw the drain cap after the recirculating water drains out.
4. Refill the purified water or distilled water into the water supply inlet until the water level reaches the green area of the water level gauge.
