Followings are the tips on how to maintain the air cooled chiller unit to reduce the faults:
1.Avoid running the air cooled chiller unit without water in the water tank.
2.Put the air cooled chiller unit in an environment of below 40 degree celsius and with good ventilation;
3.Change the circulating water regularly and use clean distilled water or purified water as circulating water;
4.Make sure reserve enough time for the chiller to refrigerate (usually 5 minutes or more) and avoid switching on and off the chiller too frequently;
5.Clean the dust gauze and the condenser regularly.
