Recently a Malaysian client asked for a cooling solution for the UV LED source of his UV curing machine. Well, the selection of the air cooled chiller mainly depends on the power of the UV LED source. Today, we would like to share the selection guide below.

For cooling 300W-1KW UV LED source, it is suggested to use S&A Teyu air cooled chiller CW-5000;

For cooling 1KW-1.8KW UV LED source, it is suggested to use S&A Teyu air cooled chiller CW-5200;

For cooling 2KW-3KW UV LED source, it is suggested to use S&A Teyu air cooled chiller CW-6000;

For cooling 3.5KW-4.5KW UV LED source, it is suggested to use S&A Teyu air cooled chiller CW-6100;

For cooling 5KW-6KW UV LED source, it is suggested to use S&A Teyu air cooled chiller CW-6200;

For cooling 6KW-9KW UV LED source, it is suggested to use S&A Teyu air cooled chiller CW-6300;

For cooling 9KW-14KW UV LED source, it is suggested to use S&A Teyu air cooled chiller CW-7500;
