It happens sometimes that water flow alarm occurs to industrial chiller unit which cools 3D fiber laser welding machine. In this case, how to solve this? According to the experience of S&A Teyu industrial chiller unit, water flow alarm is caused by insufficient water flow and insufficient water flow results from internal & external factor.
External factor: The external waterline is blocked. Please make sure it is clear.
Internal factor:
1.The internal waterline is clogged. Please wash it with clean water first and blow it with professional cleaning tools like air gun;
2.The water pump is stuck with impurities. Please clean it accordingly;
3.The rotor of the water pump wears out, leading to the aging of the water pump. Please change out the whole water pump.
