TEYU industrial water chiller CW-6500 provides reliable active cooling in a wide range of applications, including cutting, printing, marking, engraving, welding, mold cleaning, toy manufacturing, clothing production, and more. It features low operating costs, a maintenance-friendly design, and simple operation. With up to 15 kW (≈4 Ton) cooling capacity and ±1℃ temperature stability, it ensures stable thermal control for continuous industrial operation. A high-performance compressor is integrated to ensure stable working conditions and maximize refrigeration efficiency during long-term operation.

Industrial chiller CW-6500 supports Modbus-485 communication, enabling seamless integration with the equipment being cooled for intelligent monitoring and control. Thanks to its closed-loop design, this recirculating chiller is less affected by environmental contamination while reducing energy consumption and improving overall efficiency. Optional configurations include 50Hz/60Hz frequency and 380V voltage.

What is the recommended water used in the industrial water chiller?

The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.

How often should I change out the water?

Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.

What is the ideal room temperature for the water chiller?

The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.

How to prevent my chiller from freezing?

For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller.
