Product Description
Industrial water chiller is developed and produced by S&A Teyu company, applied to cool 500W fiber laser machine.
1. With environmental refrigerant;
2. ±0.3℃ precise temperature control;
3. The intelligent temperature controller has 2 control modes, applicable to different applied occasions; with various setting and display functions;
4. Dual temperature to satisfy different needs of fiber laser and the laser head;
5. Multiple alarm functions: compressor time-delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm and over high / low temperature alarm;
6. Multiple power specifications; CE approval; RoHS approval; REACH approval;
7. Optional heater and water filter.
THE WARRANTY IS 2 YEARS AND THE PRODUCT IS UNDERWRITTEN BY INSURANCE COMPANY.

Water pressure gauges help monitor the discharge pressure of water pump while universal wheels facilitate the moving of the chiller.
Dual inlet and dual outlet connector equipped.
Water Chiller inlet connects to laser outlet connector. Chiller outlet connects to laser inlet connector.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER PANEL DESCRIPTION
S&A Teyu industrial water chillers are popular for its 2 temperature control modes as constant temperature and intelligent temperature control.Generally speaking, the defaulted setting for the temperature controller is intelligent temperature control mode. Under intelligent temperature control mode, the water temperature will adjust itself according to the ambient temperature. However, under constant temperature control mode, users can adjust the water temperature manually.

Alarm function
(1) Alarm Display:
When alarm occurs, the error code and the temperature will be alternately displayed.
(2) To suspend the alarm:
In alarming state, the alarm sound could be suspended by pressing any button, but the alarm display remains until the alarm condition is eliminated.
ALARM AND OUTPUT PORTS
In order to guarantee the equipment will not be effected while abnormal situation happens on the chiller, CWFL-500 series chillers possess alarm protection function.

Note: The flow alarm is connected to the normally open relay and normally closed relay contacts, requiring operating current less than 5A, working voltage less than 300V.
