There are 3 methods of cooling CNC engraving machine spindles, including water cooling, oil cooling and air cooling. Among these three cooling methods, water cooling is the best. Why? Well, air cooling is incapable of temperature control while oil cooling is quite expensive and easy to cause pollution if leakage happens. As for water cooling, it enables temperature control and is very eco-friendly, making it the main cooling method for many CNC engraving machine users.
For low power CNC engraving machine spindle, it is suggested to use S&A Teyu thermolysis type water chiller unit CW-3000. For high power one, it is recommended to use S&A Teyu water chiller unit CW-5000 or bigger models.
