Market application breakthrough of laser plastic processing and its laser chiller

In plastic welding, although laser welding has fast speed, high precision, and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, due to the high cost and immature process, the market capacity is much smaller than that of ultrasonic welding.

 

With the increasing power of pulsed lasers and ultra-short pulsed lasers, plastic cutting is more and more possible. The advantages of laser welding technology are obvious. With the decline of laser costs and breakthroughs in welding technology, laser welding plastics have a great market and opportunity, which is expected to drive a wave of laser welding equipment boom.

 

The cooling system is an important part of laser plastic processing, and the laser chiller plays an essential temperature control protection role in the laser processing process.
