Mr. Zou from Zhejiang has purchased S&A Teyu CW-6100 water chiller to cool their 1000W fiber laser cladding machine.
S&A Teyu CW-6100 water chiller has up to 4200W cooling capacity with ±0.5℃ precisely temperature control.
It’s not that the luminous efficiency of fiber laser cladding machine can be 100% guaranteed although it’s equipped with a water cooling system. The proper maintenance of water chiller with refrigeration stability is also the key. Then how can we have a better maintenance of water chiller? I arrive at the following three conclusions:
1. Make sure that the water chiller is operated at a temperature below 40℃. (S&A Teyu CW-3000 heat radiation type water chiller will give a room temperature alarm when the ambient temperature is over 60℃. For the refrigeration type, it will give a room high temperature alarm when the ambient temperature is above 50℃ to facilitate the ventilation.
2. Regularly replace the cooling water in the water chiller (on a three-month basis), and make sure to use clean distilled water or purified water as the circulating water.
3. Regularly remove the dust screen from the water chiller for the cleaning and clean the dust off the condenser.
When the above three principles are , the industrial water chiller can achieve a more stable refrigeration effect and the service life can also be extended.
