The chiller sheet metal components undergo a meticulous process, beginning with laser cutting, bending, and spot welding. To ensure a clean surface, these metal components are then subjected to a rigorous sequence of treatments: grinding, degreasing, rust removal, cleaning, and drying.Next, electrostatic powder coating machines evenly apply a fine powder coating to the entire surface. This coated sheet metal is then cured in a high-temperature oven. After cooling, the powder forms a durable coating, resulting in a smooth finish on the sheet metal of industrial chillers, resistant to peeling and extending the lifespan of the chiller machine.
