What should be paid attention to when using industrial water chillers?

Only by using the chiller in an appropriate environment can it play a greater role to reduce processing costs, improve efficiency, and prolong the laser equipment service life. What should be paid attention to when using industrial water chillers?

1. The operating environment

Recommended environment temperature：0～45℃, environment humidity：≤80%RH.

2. Water quality requirements

Use purified water, distilled water, ionized water, high-purity water and other softened water. But oily liquids, liquids containing solid particles, and liquids corrosive to metals are prohibited.

Recommended antifreeze ratio: ≤30% glycol (added to prevent water freezing in winter).

3. Supply voltage and power frequency

Match the power frequency of the chiller according to the usage situation and ensure that the frequency fluctuation is less than ±1Hz.

Less than ±10% of power supply fluctuation is allowed (short-time operation does not affect the use of the machine). Keep away from electromagnetic interference sources. Use the voltage regulator and variable-frequency power source when necessary. For long time operation, the power supply is recommended to be stable within ±10V.

4. Refrigerant usage

All series of S&A chillers are charged with environmental-friendly refrigerants (R-134a, R-410a, R-407C, compliant with the environmental protection requirements of developed countries). It is recommended to use the same type of the same refrigerant brand. The same type of different refrigerant brands can be mixed to use, but the effect may be weakened. Different types of refrigerants should not be mixed.

5. Regular maintenance

Keep a ventilated environment; Replace the circulating water and remove dust regularly; Shutdown on holidays, etc.
