Recently, S&A Teyu paid a visit to a regular client in Japan which is a professional manufacturer specializing in lasers and laser systems. Their product range covers Diode Pumped Solid State Lasers with Fiber Output and Semiconductor Laser with Fiber Output which are applied widely in processing industries such as laser cladding, cleaning, quenching and welding. The lasers that this client mainly adopts are IPG, Laserline and Raycus, being applied in laser welding and cutting.
Refrigeration industrial chiller unit are necessary to be equipped with the lasers for the cooling process. At first, this client had tried 3 different brands of refrigeration industrial chiller units including S&A Teyu for the purpose of comparison. Later, this client only sticks to S&A Teyu. Why? The other two brands of refrigeration chiller units take up so much space because of the big size while S&A Teyu fiber laser water chiller has compact design with dual temperature control systems capable of cooling the fiber laser and the QBH connector (lens) at the same time, avoiding the generation of the condensed water. During the visit, S&A Teyu saw refrigeration industrial chiller unit CW-7500 cooling the Diode Pumped Solid State Laser for Welding with Fiber Output. S&A Teyu water chiller CW-7500 is characterized by the cooling capacity of 14KW and the temperature accuracy of ±1℃, which is suitable for cooling the fiber laser.
