Mr. Faria, one of S&A Teyu customers, works for a Portuguese company which specializes in selling laser embroidery machines and other embroidery products. He recently purchased 5 units of S&A Teyu CW-5000 water chillers characterized by the cooling capacity of 800W and temperature stability of ±0.3℃,for cooling the laser embroidery machine. Actually, this is the second time that Mr. Faria purchased S&A Teyu water chillers.
Last year, he purchased 2 units of S&A Teyu small water chillers in Shanghai International Sewing Machinery Exhibition and was quite satisfied with the cooling performance. With the great using experience of S&A Teyu small water chillers, there is no doubt that he placed the second order. Laser embroidery machine stands for embroidery machine which incorporates laser system and perfectly combines computer embroidery, high-speed laser cutting and laser carving technique. It mainly adopts CO2 laser tube as laser source which needs to be cooled by small water chiller in order to guarantee the stable laser light and extend the service life of the CO2 laser tube.
In respect of production, S&A Teyu has invested the production equipment of more than one million yuan, ensuring the quality of a series of processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A Teyu has set up logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, the warranty period is two years.
