How to Charge the Refrigerant R-410A for TEYU Rack Mount Water Chiller RMFL-2000?
This video shows you how to charge the refrigerant for TEYU S&A rack mount chiller RMFL-2000. Remember to work in a well-ventilated area, wear protective gear and avoid smoking. Using a Phillips screwdriver to remove the top metal screws. Locate the refrigerant charging port. Gently turn the charging port outward. Firstly, unscrew the sealing cap of the charging port. Then use the cap to slightly loosen the valve core until the refrigerant is released. Due to the relatively high refrigerant pressure in the copper pipe, do not loosen the valve core completely at a time. After releasing all refrigerant, use a vacuum pump for 60 mins to remove air. Tighten the valve core before vacuuming. Before charging refrigerant, partially unscrew the valve of the refrigerant bottle to purge air from the charging hose. Following this, use a 6mm hex key to remove the four screws that hold the black connecting plate in place. Then, employ a 10mm wrench to remove the four fixing screws located at the motor's bottom. With these steps completed, use a Phillips screwdriver to take off the motor cover. Inside, you'll find the terminal. Proceed by using the same screwdriver to disconnect the motor's power cables. Pay close attention: tilt the top of the motor inward, allowing you to easily remove it.

Then measure the input voltage at points 2 and 4 of the temperature controller with the multimeter. Remove the cover of the electrical box. Use the multimeter to measure points and troubleshoot. Check the cooling fan capacitor's resistance and input voltage. Measure the current and capacitance of the compressor during chiller operation under the cooling mode. The surface temperature of the compressor is high when it starts, you can touch the liquid storage tank to check the vibrations. Measure the current on the white wire and the resistance of the compressor starting capacitance. Finally, inspect the refrigeration system for refrigerant leaks or blockages. In this video, TEYU S&A professional engineer takes the CWFL-12000 laser chiller as an example and guides you step by step carefully to replace the old plate heat exchanger for your TEYU S&A fiber laser chillers.Power off the chiller machine, remove the upper sheet metal and drain all the refrigerant. Cut away the thermal insulation cotton. Use a soldering gun to heat the two connecting copper pipes. Detach the two water pipes, remove the old plate heat exchanger and install the new one. Wrap 10-20 turns of thread seal tape around the water pipe connecting the port of the plate heat exchanger. Place the new heat exchanger in position, make sure the water pipe connections are facing downward, and secure the two copper pipes using a soldering gun. How to Troubleshoot the E1 Ultrahigh Room Temp Alarm for Laser Chiller CWFL-2000?
If your TEYU S&A fiber laser chiller CWFL-2000 triggers an ultrahigh room temperature alarm (E1), follow these steps to resolve the issue. Press the "▶" button on the temperature controller and check the ambient temperature ("t1"). If it exceeds 40℃, consider changing the water chiller's working environment to the optimal 20-30℃. For normal ambient temperature, ensure proper laser chiller placement with good ventilation. Inspect and clean the dust filter and condenser, using an air gun or water if needed. Maintain air pressure below 3.5 Pa while cleaning the condenser and keep a safe distance from the aluminum fins. After cleaning, check the ambient temp sensor for abnormalities. Perform constant temperature testing by placing the sensor in water at around 30℃ and compare the measured temperature with the actual value. If there's an error, it indicates a faulty sensor.
