First, check if the fan is running and blowing hot air when the chiller is in normal cooling mode. If not, it could be due to a lack of voltage or a stuck fan. Next, investigate the cooling system if the fan blows out cold air by removing the side panel. Check for abnormal vibration in the compressor, indicating failure or a blockage. Test the dryer filter and capillary for warmth, as cold temperatures may indicate a blockage or refrigerant leakage. Feel the temperature of the copper pipe at the evaporator inlet, which should be icy cold; if warm, inspect the solenoid valve.
