How to Replace the Heat Exchanger of TEYU CWFL-12000 Fiber Laser Chiller?
In this video, TEYU S&A professional engineer takes the CWFL-12000 laser chiller as an example and guides you step by step carefully to replace the old plate heat exchanger for your TEYU S&A fiber laser chillers.Power off the chiller machine, remove the upper sheet metal and drain all the refrigerant. Cut away the thermal insulation cotton. Use a soldering gun to heat the two connecting copper pipes. Detach the two water pipes, remove the old plate heat exchanger and install the new one. Wrap 10-20 turns of thread seal tape around the water pipe connecting the port of the plate heat exchanger. Place the new heat exchanger in position, make sure the water pipe connections are facing downward, and secure the two copper pipes using a soldering gun. Attach the two water pipes at the bottom and tighten them with two clamps to prevent leaks. Finally, perform a leak test at the soldered joints to ensure a good seal. Then recharge the refrigerant. Let's take a look now~When the flow alarm activates, switch the machine to self-circulation mode, fill the water to the maximum level, disconnect external water pipes, and temporarily connect inlet and outlet ports with pipes. If the alarm persists, the problem might be with external water circuits. After ensuring self-circulation, potential internal water leaks should be examined. Further steps involve checking the water pump for abnormal shaking, noise, or lack of water movement, with instructions on testing pump voltage using a multimeter. If issues persist, troubleshoot the flow switch or sensor, as well as circuit and temperature controller assessments. How to Troubleshoot the E1 Ultrahigh Room Temp Alarm for Laser Chiller CWFL-2000?
If your TEYU S&A fiber laser chiller CWFL-2000 triggers an ultrahigh room temperature alarm (E1), follow these steps to resolve the issue. Press the "▶" button on the temperature controller and check the ambient temperature ("t1"). If it exceeds 40℃, consider changing the water chiller's working environment to the optimal 20-30℃. For normal ambient temperature, ensure proper laser chiller placement with good ventilation. Inspect and clean the dust filter and condenser, using an air gun or water if needed. Maintain air pressure below 3.5 Pa while cleaning the condenser and keep a safe distance from the aluminum fins. After cleaning, check the ambient temp sensor for abnormalities. Perform constant temperature testing by placing the sensor in water at around 30℃ and compare the measured temperature with the actual value. If there's an error, it indicates a faulty sensor. If the alarm persists, contact our customer service for assistance.

First, check if the fan is running and blowing hot air when the chiller is in normal cooling mode. If not, it could be due to a lack of voltage or a stuck fan. Next, investigate the cooling system if the fan blows out cold air by removing the side panel. Check for abnormal vibration in the compressor, indicating failure or a blockage. Test the dryer filter and capillary for warmth, as cold temperatures may indicate a blockage or refrigerant leakage. Feel the temperature of the copper pipe at the evaporator inlet, which should be icy cold; if warm, inspect the solenoid valve.
