How to Replace the Water Level Gauge for Industrial Chiller CWFL-6000
Watch this step-by-step maintenance guide from the TEYU S&A Chiller engineer team and get the job done in no time. Follow along as we show you how to disassemble the industrial chiller parts and replace the water level gauge with ease.First, remove the air gauze from the left and right sides of the chiller, then use a hex key to remove the 4 screws to disassemble the upper sheet metal. This is where the water level gauge is. Use a cross screwdriver to remove the top size screws of the water tank. Open the tank cover. Use a wrench to unscrew the nut on the outside of the water level gauge. Unscrew the fixing nut before replacing the new gauge. Install the water level gauge outward from the tank. Please note that the water level gauge must be installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Use a wrench to tighten the gauge fixing nuts. Finally, install the water tank cover, air gauze and sheet metal in sequence.

How To Replace The DC Pump For Chiller CWUP-20?
Firstly, use a cross screwdriver to remove the sheet metal screws. Remove the water supply inlet cap, remove the upper sheet metal, remove the black sealed cushion, identify the position of the water pump, and cut off the zip ties on the inlet and outlet of the water pump. Remove the insulation cotton on the inlet and outlet of the water pump. Use a screwdriver to remove the silicone hose on its inlet and outlet.
