S&A Teyu water chiller CW-6100 is developed and produced by S&A Teyu supplier of China. It is applied for cooling Co2 Lasers and CNC routers. CW-6100 has 4.2KW cooling capacity, ±0.5℃ stability, and Multiple alarm functions: compressor time-delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm and over high / low temperature alarm;
S&A Teyu 36KW CNC spindle chillers are popular for its 2 temperature control modes as constant temperature and intelligent temperature control mode.Generally speaking, the defaulted setting for the temperature controller is intelligent temperature control mode. Under intelligent temperature control mode, the water temperature will adjust itself according to the ambient temperature. However, under constant temperature control mode, users can adjust the water temperature manually.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER PANEL DESCRIPTION
The intelligent temperature controller does not need to adjust the controlling parameters under normal circumstance. It will self-adjust controlling parameters according to room temperature for meeting equipment cooling requirements.User also can adjust the water temperature as needed.
Alarm function
(1) Alarm Display:
E1 - ultrahigh room temperature
E2 - ultrahigh water temperature
E3 - ultralow water temperature
E4 - room temperature sensor failure
E5 - water temperature sensor failure
E6 - external alarm input
E7 - water flow alarm input
When alarm occurs, the error code and the temperature will be alternately displayed.
(2) To suspend the alarm:In alarming state, the alarm sound could be suspended by pressing any button, but the alarm display remains until the alarm condition is eliminated.
