There are a few tips for using air cooled chiller to cool non metal laser cutting machine. First of all, the selected air cooled chiller must meet the requirement (cooling capacity, temperature stability, pump flow, pump lift and so on). Next, start the air cooled chiller first and then the non metal laser cutting machine so that the air cooled chiller has enough time for refrigeration. Last but not least, do some maintenance regularly to prevent the dust problem on dust gauze and condenser and change the circulating water periodically.
