According to S&A Teyu experience, high pressure alarm occurs in air cooled water chiller which cools 3-axis laser welding machine possibly due to:
1.The capillary of air cooled water chiller is blocked because of dust problem or lack of ventilation.
Solution: Use the air gun or clean water to remove the dust from the capillary regularly.
2.There is serious dust problem in the condenser of air cooled water chiller.
Solution: clean the condenser periodically.
3.The temperature controller has wrong parameter settings.
Solution: adjust the parameter settings or change for a new temperature controller.
