There are several tips when it comes to restarting handheld laser welding machine industrial water chiller after it is left unused for a long time.
1. Check if there is any level indication in the water level gauge of the industrial water chiller. If not, then turn on the drain valve to let out the left water if any. Then turn off the drain valve and refill with purified water or clean distilled water until the water reaches the green area of the level gauge;
2. Use the air gun to blow away the dust from the condenser and clean the dust gauze;
3. Check if the pipe that connects the industrial water chiller and the laser is broken or bent;
4. Check the power cable of the industrial water chiller to see if it is in good contact.
