There are 3 conditions that can lead to high water temperature in recirculating laser chiller which cools flying laser marking machine.
1.There is poor heat radiation of the laser chiller unit itself. In this case, use an air gun to blow away the dust from the dust gauze and the condenser;
2.The equipped recirculating laser chiller doesn’t have big enough cooling capacity. In this case, change for a bigger one;
The environment where the laser chiller unit operates is either too hot or too cold. It is suggested to put the chiller where the ambient temperature is below 40 degree Celsius.
