A Bulgarian handheld laser welding machine user had a rack mount water chiller and recently his chiller triggered E2 alarm. So what does E2 alarm suggest? Well, E2 alarm suggests the water temperature of the laser process chiller is too high. There are a few reasons and solutions for this kind of alarm.
1.If the alarm occurs to the newly bought rack mount water chiller, that could be because the chiller doesn’t have sufficient cooling capacity. In this case, change for a bigger one;
2.If the alarm occurs to the chiller which has been used for a certain period of time, that could be because there is serious dust problem in the dust gauze and the condenser. It is suggested to remove the dust in time;
3.The room temperature is too high. In this case, keep the laser process chiller in the room whose temperature is below 40 degree Celsius.
