CNC engraving machine is often equipped with air cooled industrial water chiller to cool the spindle inside. One of the components of air cooled chiller water chiller is the flow switch. Flow switch is used to monitor the flow amount inside the spindle chiller unit. When water flow is higher or lower than a set point, it will trigge a flow alarm and and the alarm signal will be transmitted to the control system of the chiller. Then the control system will give related instruction to the flow switch to avoid dry running of the water pump.
