Some users bought the new laboratory water cooling systems and when they first started the chiller, the alarm was triggered. Well, it is not a big problem and that’s common for the new water cooling system. Users can deal with this alarm by following the below advice:
1.First, turn off the water cooling system and use a pipe to short connect the water inlet and water outlet. Then turn on the chiller to see if the alarm continues;
1.1If the alarm disappears, it is possible that there is blockage in the external water channel or the pipe is bent;
1.2If the alarm continues, it is possible that there is blockage in the internal water channel or the water pump;
If the above conditions are ruled out and the alarm continues, it is likely that the components are faulty. But this is pretty rare, for all of S&A Teyu water cooling systems are under strict quality control before delivery.
