So what is that supposed to mean? Well, 50W/℃ radiating capacity suggests when water temperature rises by 1℃, there will be 50W heat taken away from the industrial equipment. The fact that water cooler CW-3000 has 50W/℃ radiating capacity instead of cooling capacity is because this compact industrial chiller is passive cooling type water chiller, which means is not refrigeration based.
