The available temperature control range for industrial process chiller which cools injection molding machine is 5-35 degree Celsius. But if the water cooling chiller is going to be set at 5 degree Celsius in a long period, users need to choose a bigger one. For example, in normal condition, using S&A Teyu industrial process chiller CW-5200 would suffice to cool an injection molding machine. But if users would like to set the chiller to 5 degree Celsius, it is suggested to choose CW-5300 whose cooling capacity is much higher than the heat load of the injection molding machine.
Note that setting the water temperature at 20-30 degree Celsius can help prolong the life of S&A Teyu industrial process chiller.
