According to the experience of S&A Teyu, the possible reason that laser chiller unit which cools fabric laser cutting machine fails to refrigerate is listed below:
1.Something is wrong with the temperature controller of the laser chiller unit;
2.The cooling capacity of the laser chiller unit can’t meet the cooling requirement of the device;
If that problem occurs after the laser chiller unit is used for a certain period of time, then it probably is due to :
1.The heat exchanger of the laser chiller unit is too dirty and it needs to be cleaned;
2.The laser chiller unit is leaking refrigerant. It is suggested to find and weld the leakage point and refill the refrigerant;
3.The working environment of laser chiller unit is either too cold or too hot, which makes the chiller can’t fulfill the requirement of the device. It is suggested to select a larger chiller model.
