CO2 laser engraving machine water chiller machine is also called industrial water chiller. Its high temperature alarm is triggered during operation mainly due to the following reasons:
1.The water chiller machine doesn’t have enough cooling capacity. This problem may not be obvious in winter, but in summer as the ambient temperature rises, your water chiller can’t cool the equipment efficiently. It is suggested to use the water chiller machine with higher cooling capacity.
2.The water chiller machine has serious dust problem and the heat can’t be dissipated very quickly. It is suggested to clean the condenser by air gun and unpick and wash the dust gauze regularly.
In addition, please make sure the good ventilation of the air inlet and outlet of the water chiller machine and put it in an environment with the ambient temperature below 40 degree Celsius. The above suggestions help reduce the malfunction of the water chiller machine and extend its working life.
