Well, that is because refrigerant is explosive material and is not allowed in the air transportation. To refill the refrigerant, users can have it done at their local air conditioner repair service center. Also note that the type and the amount of the refrigerant must follow what is indicated in the parameter sheet of the small industrial water chiller.
