When condensed water occurs on the optics of laser cutter, it is mainly because water temperature of the equipped industrial process chiller is too low while the ambient temperature is too high. When this temperature difference is around 10℃, condensed water is likely to occur. To avoid this problem, S&A Teyu industrial process chillers are designed with intelligent control mode which enables automatic water temperature adjustment based on the ambient temperature (usually 2℃ lower than the ambient temperature). This perfectly solves the condensed water problem.
