Why it is not suggested to use oil as the medium in water cooling chiller?

As its name suggests, water cooling chiller uses water as the medium and uses water circulation to take away the heat from the equipment. If users use oil as the medium, the pump rotor gets stuck because of the oil dirt so that the whole water cooling chiller couldn't function properly.
