Why the industrial chiller which cools QR code laser coding machine triggers high temperature alarm?
When the high temperature alarm happens to QR code laser coding machine industrial chiller, the error code and the water temperature will be displayed alternatively with buzzer ringing. The high temperature alarm is mainly caused by:
1. The equipped industrial chiller doesn't have enough cooling capacity. In winter, this problem may not be obvious. However, in summer as the ambient temperature rises, the industrial chiller can't provide effective temperature control for the equipment. It is suggested to change to a water chiller with bigger cooling capacity.
2. The industrial chiller is covered with dust, which makes it less easy for the heat of the industrial chiller to be dissipated. It is suggested to clean the condenser by air gun and unpick & wash the filter gauze.
