There are a few possible reasons which cause the captioned problems in laser engraving machine recirculating water chiller. We now listed as below:
1.The heat exchanger of the recirculating water chiller is too dirty;
2.The temperature controller is broken;
3.The cooling capacity of the recirculating water chiller is far from enough for the device;
4.The chiller is leaking refrigerant. It is suggested to find and weld the leakage point accordingly.
The operating environment of the chiller is too cold or too hot. It is suggested to change for a chiller with bigger cooling capacity.
