The industrial cooling chiller which cools stainless steel laser welder has compressor overcurrent problem, which means the chiller compressor works in a overload situation. This is often caused by the external reasons that lead to over big current. But don’t worry, every S&A Teyu laser water chiller is designed with compressor overcurrent protection function. 

There are a few reasons that lead to overcurrent of the laser water chiller compressor. 

1.The weld in the inner copper pipe of the chiller leaks refrigerant;

2.There is bad air circulation around the industrial cooling chiller;

3.The dust gauze and the condenser are blocked;

4.Something is wrong with the cooling fan inside the chiller;

5.The supplied voltage is not stable;

6.The starting capacitance of the compressor is not in the normal range;

7.The cooling capacity of the laser water chiller is lower than the heat load of the stainless steel laser welder.
