Insufficient cooling capacity of laser chiller will lead to poor welding performance of laser mould welding machine. As we know, the laser source inside laser mould welding machine is the key in the welding effect and it needs to be cooled down properly for long term operation. Therefore, if the welding performance is not satisfactory, it is suggested to check if the power of the laser matches the cooling capacity of the laser chiller first. Only the laser chiller with proper cooling capacity can provide effective cooling for the laser inside the laser mould welding machine.
