Isicelo sokuhlanza i-laser ku-semiconductor

Ukuhlanza i-laser kunezinzuzo eziningi izindlela zokuhlanza zendabuko ezingenazo, okwenza kube yisixazululo esifanelekile sokuhlanza se-semiconductor.

Njengoba i-semiconductor iba yincane futhi iba mncane, indlela yokukhiqiza isekethe ehlanganisiwe iba nzima nakakhulu, edinga izinqubo ezingamakhulu ambalwa noma izinkulungwane.
