Industrial laser cleaning technique has a wide variety of applications, including aviation, automobile, high-speed train, vessel, nuclear power and so on. It aims to remove the rust, oxide film, coating, painting, oil stain, microorganism and nuclear particle from the surface. In the past three years, many institutes, universities and companies have been showing more and more interests in laser cleaning technique and begin the research and production of laser cleaning machine. During the operation of the laser cleaning machine, industrial water chiller is necessary to be equipped in order to provide effective cooling for the laser.
An Iranian institute, one of S&A Teyu customers, also begins the research on laser cleaning technique in which YAG laser with 200W light emitting power is adopted. The salesman of that institute, Mr. Ali, selected S&A Teyu CW-5200 water chiller by himself to cool the YAG laser. However, after he got to know the cooling capacity and other parameter, he found that CW-5200 water chiller can’t meet the cooling requirement of the laser. In the end, with the professional knowledge, S&A Teyu recommended CW-5300 water chiller which is characterized by the cooling capacity of 1800W and the temperature control accuracy of ±0.3℃. It has two temperature control modes, suitable for different occasions. Mr. Ali mentioned that he would like the CW-5300 water chiller to be customized as rack mount type. As customization is available, S&A Teyu accepted his request and began the production.
In respect of production, S&A Teyu has invested the production equipment of more than one million yuan, ensuring the quality of a series of processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A Teyu has set up logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, the warranty period is two years.
