If refrigerated water chiller which cools steel plate fiber laser cutting machine is still in high temperature even after water changing, users can do the following checking one by one.
1.The dust gauze is blocked. It’s suggested to take it apart and wash it periodically;
2.The environment of refrigerated water chiller is not well ventilated. So make sure the environment has good supply of air;
3.Avoid turning the chiller on and off too frequently so that the chiller has enough time for refrigeration process;
4.The cooling capacity of the refrigerated water chiller is too small. So it’s better to change to a bigger one;
5.The temperature controller is broken and indicates wrong reading. So it is better to replace by a new one.
