This video will teach you how to replace the DC pump of S&A industrial chiller 5200.First to turn off the chiller, unplug the power cord, uncap the water supply inlet, remove the upper sheet metal housing, open the drain valve and drain water out of the chiller, disconnect the DC pump terminal, use a 7mm wrench and a cross screwdriver, unscrew the 4 fixing nuts of the pump, remove the insulated foam, cut off the zip cable tie of the water inlet pipe, unfasten the plastic hose clip of the water outlet pipe, separate water inlet and outlet pipes from the pump, take out the old water pump and install a new pump on the same position, connect the water pipes to the new pump, clamp the water outlet pipe with a plastic hose clip, tighten 4 fixing nuts for the water pump base. Lastly, connect the pump wire terminal, and the DC pump replacement is finally finished.

What to do if the laser circuit’s flow alarm rings? First, you can press the up or down key to check the flow rate of the laser circuit. Alarm will be triggered when the value falls below 8, it may be caused by the Y-type filter clogging of the laser circuit water outlet.Turn off the chiller, find the Y-type filter of the laser circuit water outlet, use an adjustable wrench to remove the plug anticlockwise, take out the filter screen, clean and install it back, remember not to lose the white sealing ring on the plug. Tighten the plug with wrench, if the flow rate of laser circuit is 0, it is possible that the pump is not working or the flow sensor fails. Having closed the chiller’s water drain valve, but the water still keeps running at midnight...Water leakage still occurs after the chiller drain valve is closed.This may be that the valve core of the mini valve is loose.Prepare an allen key, aiming at the valve core and tighten it clockwise, then check the water drain port. First to turn off the laser chiller, unplug the power cord, uncap the water supply inlet, remove the upper sheet metal housing, find and disconnect the flow switch terminal, use a cross screwdriver to remove the 4 screws on the flow switch, take out the flow switch top cap and the internal impeller. For the new flow switch, use the same method to remove its top cap and impeller. then install the new impeller into the original flow switch. The main function of the industrial chiller heater is to keep the water temperature constant and prevent cooling water from freezing. When the cooling water temperature is lower than the set one by 0.1℃, the heater starts to work. But when the heater of the laser chiller fails, do you know how to replace it?First, turn off the chiller, unplug its power cord, uncap the water supply inlet, remove the sheet metal casing, and find and unplug the heater terminal. Loosen the nut with a wrench and take out the heater. Take down its nut and rubber plug, and reinstall them on the new heater. How to replace the cooling fan for CW-3000 chiller?First, turn off the chiller and unplug its power cord, uncap the water supply inlet, unscrew the fixing screws and remove the sheet metal, cut off the cable tie, distinguish the cooling fan’s wire and unplug it. Take away fixing clips on both sides of the fan, disconnect the fan’s ground wire, untighten the fixing screws to take out the fan from the side. Watch carefully the airfow direction when installing a new fan, don't install it backwards because the wind is blowing out of the chiller. Assemble the parts back the way you disassemble them. Try replacing the cooling fan capacitor of the industrial water chiller!First, remove the filter screen on both sides and the power box panel. Don't get it wrong, this is the compressor starting capacitance, which needs to be removed, and the hidden one inside is the starting capacitance of cooling fan. Open the trunking cover, follow capacitance wires then you can find the wiring part, use a screwdriver to unscrew the wiring terminal, the capacitance wire can be easily taken out. Then use a wrench to unscrew the fixing nut on the back of power box, after which you can take off the starting capacitance of the fan.
