How to replace the cooling fan for CW-3000 chiller?First, turn off the chiller and unplug its power cord, uncap the water supply inlet, unscrew the fixing screws and remove the sheet metal, cut off the cable tie, distinguish the cooling fan’s wire and unplug it. Take away fixing clips on both sides of the fan, disconnect the fan’s ground wire, untighten the fixing screws to take out the fan from the side. Watch carefully the airfow direction when installing a new fan, don't install it backwards because the wind is blowing out of the chiller. Assemble the parts back the way you disassemble them. Try replacing the cooling fan capacitor of the industrial water chiller!First, remove the filter screen on both sides and the power box panel. Don't get it wrong, this is the compressor starting capacitance, which needs to be removed, and the hidden one inside is the starting capacitance of cooling fan. Open the trunking cover, follow capacitance wires then you can find the wiring part, use a screwdriver to unscrew the wiring terminal, the capacitance wire can be easily taken out. Then use a wrench to unscrew the fixing nut on the back of power box, after which you can take off the starting capacitance of the fan. During the operation of the chiller, the filter screen will accumulate a lot of impurities. When impurities accumulated too much in the filter screen, it will easily lead to a chiller flow decrease and a flow alarm. So it needs to inspect regularly and replace the filter screen of the Y-type filter of the high and low temperature water outlet.Turn off the chiller firstly when replacing the filter screen, and use an adjustable wrench to unscrew the Y-type filter of the high-temperature outlet and the low-temperature outlet respectively. Remove the filter screen from the filter, check the filter screen, and you need to replace the filter screen if there are too many impurities in it. Notes not losing the rubber pad after replacing the filter net and putting it back in the filter. Tighten with an adjustable wrench.
