First, check if the fan is running and blowing hot air when the chiller is in normal cooling mode. If not, it could be due to a lack of voltage or a stuck fan. Next, investigate the cooling system if the fan blows out cold air by removing the side panel. Check for abnormal vibration in the compressor, indicating failure or a blockage. Test the dryer filter and capillary for warmth, as cold temperatures may indicate a blockage or refrigerant leakage. Feel the temperature of the copper pipe at the evaporator inlet, which should be icy cold; if warm, inspect the solenoid valve. Observe temperature changes after removing the solenoid valve: a cold copper pipe indicates a faulty temp controller, while no change suggests a faulty solenoid valve core. Check the heat-dissipating fan regularly and clean the filter gauze with an air gun. Keep a safe distance between the chiller and obstacles: 1.5m for the air outlet and 1m for the air inlet. Replace the circulating water every 3 months, preferably with purified or distilled water. Follow along as we show you how to disassemble the industrial chiller parts and replace the water level gauge with ease.First, remove the air gauze from the left and right sides of the chiller, then use a hex key to remove the 4 screws to disassemble the upper sheet metal. This is where the water level gauge is. Use a cross screwdriver to remove the top size screws of the water tank. Open the tank cover. Use a wrench to unscrew the nut on the outside of the water level gauge. Unscrew the fixing nut before replacing the new gauge. Install the water level gauge outward from the tank. Please note that the water level gauge must be installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Use a wrench to tighten the gauge fixing nuts. Finally, install the water tank cover, air gauze and sheet metal in sequence.

Firstly, use a cross screwdriver to remove the sheet metal screws. Remove the water supply inlet cap, remove the upper sheet metal, remove the black sealed cushion, identify the position of the water pump, and cut off the zip ties on the inlet and outlet of the water pump. TEYU WARM PROMPT——There have been great fluctuations in spring temperature. In the event of an industrial chiller flow alarm, please turn off the chiller immediately to prevent the pump from burning out. First check to see if the water pump is frozen. You can use a heating fan and place it near the water inlet of the pump. Warm it up for at least half an hour before turning the chiller on. Check whether the external water pipes are frozen. Use a section of pipe to “short-circuit” the chiller and test the self-circulation of the water inlet and outlet port.
