TEYU spindle chiller CW-3000 is a perfect solution to enhance the performance of 1~3kW CNC cutting machine spindle. Being affordable and easy to operate, this passive cooling chiller can dissipate the heat from the spindle effectively while at the same time consuming less energy than its counterparts. It features a heat dissipation capacity of 50W/℃, which means it can absorb 50W of heat by rising 1°C of water temperature. Although CW-3000 industrial chiller is not equipped with compressor, effective heat exchange can be guaranteed thanks to a high speed fan inside.

Industrial chiller CW-3000 integrates top mount handle for easy portability. The digital temperature display can indicate temperature and alarm codes. With excellent heat dissipation capability, cost-effective price, small size and lightweight, portable chiller CW3000 has become the favorite cooler of small cnc machining.

What is the recommended water used in the industrial water chiller?

The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.

How often should I change out the water?

Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.

What is the ideal room temperature for the industrial chiller?

The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.

How to prevent my chiller from freezing?

For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller.
