Water Chiller Unit CW-5300 for Cooling 16~32kW CNC Milling Spindle
TEYU water chiller CW-5300 is best suited for 16~32kW CNC milling machine spindle in need of proper thermal management. This air-cooled water chiller uses a high-performance water pump to circulate water between the chiller and the spindle. With up to 2400W cooling capacity and ±0.5℃ temperature stability, portable water chiller CW-5300 can help maximize the lifetime of the CNC milling machines.
Available in 220V or 110V, CNC milling machine chiller CW-5300 can cool down the stator and bearing outer ring of the spindle effectively and at the same time keep a low noise level. The disassembly of the side dust-proof filter for periodic cleaning operations is easy with the fastening system interlocking. A user-friendly temperature controller, making the water temperature can be automatically adjusted. 4 caster wheels allow cnc users to move this water chiller more easily.

What is the recommended water used in the industrial water chiller?
The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.
How often should I change out the water?
Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.
What is the ideal room temperature for the industrial chiller?
The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.
How to prevent my chiller from freezing?
For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller.
