CNC spindle chiller CW-5000 can provide a steady flow of chilled water to 3kW to 5kW CNC router spindle. It comes with a visual water level indicator, providing great convenience for checking water level as well as water quality. The compact design makes it perfect for space limiting users. Comparing with the air cooling counterpart, this water cooling chiller has lower noise level and provides better heat dissipation for the spindle. Perfect coolant includes distilled water, purified water and deionized water, for these kinds of water can keep the spindle away from potential contamination which may lead to critical failure. The chiller is also available for adding mixtures of water and anti-rusting agent or anti-freezer up to 30%.

What is the recommended water used in the industrial water chiller?
The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.
How often should I change out the water?
Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.
What is the ideal room temperature for the chiller?
The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.
How to prevent my chiller from freezing?
For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller. For detailed use of the anti-freezer, it is suggested to contact our customer support team (techsupport@teyu.com.cn) first.
