Well, let's talk about the purpose of an industrial water chiller. 

To put it simply, an industrial water chiller is used to take away the heat from the laser source via continuous water circulation and refrigeration so that the laser source can always be in consistent temperature. The water flow, water pressure and temperature stability of the industrial water chiller play the key role in the stability of the laser source.

Laser source consists of many precision components which are quite sensitive to thermal changes. The water from the water outlet of the chiller works on the laser cavity directly and take away the heat from the laser source. Then the warm water will run back to the industrial water chiller for another round of refrigeration. In the continuous circulation, the laser source can always be under proper temperature range.

If water flow and water pressure are not stable, the heat from the laser source can not be taken in time, which will lead to heat accumulation inside the laser source. This is quite fatal to the precision components inside the laser source. If this kind of situation lasts, the life of the laser source will shorten. 

Temperature stability

Temperature stability indicates the ability of an industrial water chiller to control the temperature. The higher the temperature stability, the smaller temperature fluctuation will occur.
